It would be a minority sales figure, I'm sure, but a mounted Victorian lady (side saddle of course) would be a fun addition for scenarios. Right now I'm GMing a Sudan mini campaign, and Sir Percy's...ummm...special friend Lady Priscilla has no figure to represent her. There were historically a number of rebellious women who did their versions of Richard Burton's adventures (there was even a strikingly dull movie about one a few years ago).
I don't drink coffee to wake up. I wake up to drink coffee.

don't forget some of the Turks from the Russo-Turkish wars. I added some to my Egyptians; especially the command packs. And some of the Zouave style dressed Turks for the Sudan as well.
for staff officers I got some French 1870 style officers. Reshaping the kepi into a fez should be managable.

I must admit to not liking the dismounted Camel Corps miniature as well ,I mean why would he be marching and where's the camel ,surely at ready would be a more realistic pose for him .

In every battle fought by the Camel Corps, the mounts were left in a zariba and the soldiers marched into battle in a large square formation with supply camels inside the square.

Would it be possible to expand and complete the British colonial range by making a few variants of SC2 Dismounted camel corp?

1. SC2 without the ammunition bandolier is perfect for India-based infantry wearing puttees (e.g. Suakin Field Force for the Sudan, British for Second Anglo-Afghan War, 1880s Northwest Frontier. Covering the bandolier with a blanket roll or coat is an option.

2. SC2 without the ammunition bandolier and plain trousers without puttees or gaiters would cover the great bulk of British in 84-85 Sudan.

3. SC2 without the ammunition bandolier and a kilt to cover Highland regiments in Sudan, Afghnaistan or Northwest Frontier. Again, the bandolier can be covered.

I really, really regret not taking more advantage of the "What do you want making?" commissioning scheme when it existed (but I did get the riderless standing camels made).

Rubbish at the ready is the more believable pose , it's looks ridiculous on the table , thousands of fanatical Dervish charging full of bloodlust at your square and there's the camel troopers marching along with rifles on your shoulder singing along to I do like to be beside the seaside , with your camels way back .

Sorry my reply regarding Camel corp was meant for Risalder Singh.
