How to assemble Indian Chariot

I know this question was asked about a year ago...but there wasn't an answer.  So I'll try again....how do I assemble the Chariot for the Ancient Indians?  Two loose horses and a Chariot with a very short, curved yoke.....

Do I need to "make something"?

From the ones I've put together previously, I've just put the horses in close together and glued the yoke to the inside flank of them both?

Thanks Leon.  I've found some unused GW Man O War rigging sprues...I'm gonna try something with them...
