In 2011 I thought I might recover the northernwars. com website from archive.org, but, I found that there were a large proportion of the illustrations missing from all archived versions.  Anyway, I finally got around to retrieving what was left and attempting to replace the illustrations. I have uploaded it to:
Northern Wars 1648-1730 with a mirror at Northern Wars 1648-1730

If anyone has saved any missing pages or pictures that are missing, let me know.

There are a number of PDF files. Some of these are packaged versions of a number of web pages.

They can be found on:

&

Missing PDF files include:

P%E4lk%E4ne.pdf – The Battle of Pälkäne 1713
Gem%E4uerthof.pdf – The Battle of Gemäuerth of 1705
Russian Army at Dorpat 1704.pdf – The Russian Army at Dorpat 1704

If anyone has a missing PDF file let me know.

Great resource, Druzhina, for a period for which information is hard to obtain.  :-bd

Good morning,

This is a fantastic resource and much appreciated.   I must admit, however, that I am having
problems accessing either of the Northern wars sites.   In addition, none of the .pdf files seem
to be there under 'Northern Wars - Organisation, Uniforms, Battles and Campaigns'.   I get a
message confirming that 'the URL is missing from the Wayback Machine'.

I am hoping these issues can be sorted out because it is really great to see this legendary
site restored.

Best Wishes,

Phil
