If I were creating Pendraken I wouldn't mess about with Romans and  Mongols  I would have started with Centurions , eight o'clock, Day One!

A Pike unit for the Warmaster Dogs of War army list. A combination of EL4 and EL5 figures.

The pikes are rather delicate and SO easy to bend, so be careful.

One of the figures, not yet painted, has a flaw in the pike just above the hand. I doubt it would survive painting, much less any handling, worst luck. I'll probably clip the pike off and just have it as a figure pointing at something, not a big problem, even if it will leave one unit short of a pike!

QuoteI don't have any more details than that at the moment, so it's very much a wait and see job.

Given the possibility of the Irish Nine Years War as a potential future project, I shall watch this with interest :).

Ta  :).

Can I suggest that more of us post photos? It might go some way to making up for the lack of photos on the main website.

You could try drilling the hand out with a pin-vice, Andy, and slot in a length of piano-wire/plastic rod.

"OOOO, bargain, gotta get me one of them". Is what I would say if I was 14 and had more money than sense  ;)

All this talk of vices. It could all go horribly wrong. Just saying like  ;)
