I have the Chronology of the War 1914-15 as printed in August 1918 "under the auspices of the Minister of Information". It details events independently for the Western, Eastern, and Southern Fronts, Asiatic and Egyptian Theatres, Naval and Overseas Operations, and lastly Political, &c. for every day between 5 August 1914 and 31 December 1915 with a résumé of main events and of events from 23 June 1914, preceding the British declaration of war – with appendices and index. It would be interesting to know by how much it was influenced by the time in which it was written.
