Merry Christmas to you! I'm from deepest Bavaria but we (me + familiy) don't really celebrate christmas. A legacy of my country's darkest years, but nevertheless there's a christmans goose, Knödels and beer (my mother is catholic), so that's ok with me. I guess the most important thing on christmas is to spend some time with your loved ones anyways

I managed to take all day to pick up our son from the airport (Stansted which is the best part of 2 hours away) as his flight was 3.5 hours late (due 1140 landed 1516).  Managed to get home about 1755 - at least they didn't cancel the flight so he's at home for Christmas.
