Vexilla are giving now letting people download Venexia Louis X1V flags for free...They are 15mm but I am sure they could be scaled down

Yes you can easily - paste them into a word doc and play around until it looks right.

I normally repaint flags once there printed to make them look a little more solid...well I paint the easy ones
