Hi

I've always had two copies sent, but then I'm used to people always speaking slowly and clearly to me  :D

Cheers

GrumpyOldMan

PS Have you thought of checking the email addresses of recipients for any duplicates?

QuoteI always get mine twice but I think it is my fault, I think I registered on the website twice

That might explain it actually...

Is there an easy way to do that with 1278 email addresses?!   :(

I'm thinking it's the timing out issue, so I'll try sending the next newsletter out in smaller batches and see what happens.

If I were creating Pendraken I wouldn't mess about with Romans and  Mongols  I would have started with Centurions , eight o'clock, Day One!

Actually there's only two Members of the forum, Leon and you. The rest of are just his clones :)

Brothers, in a deeper, spititual way, are we not ALL Leon? What is Leon except the summation of our desires and wishes? Without us, he would be a drifing soul, without meaning, without purpose, insignificant and probably slave to some pernicious vice (like naked XBox ... OK "some more pernicious vices"). Without us, Leon could not exist on this physical plain. He is the summation of the parts of us (the saki in the Pendraken karaoke singer) who desire to collect, base and paint fine figures in 10mm scale (and there are none finer than the Pendraken brand!) and then use them to destroy our enemies?

But then again, Brothers, is Leon not part of each of us (the snap, crackle and pop in the Pendraken breakfast cereal)? Without him, would we not stray from the paths of the True Scale, and wander the paths of the scales that are either too big, or to small, but never just right? Yes Brothers, we have all been that gamer. I confess I have dabbled in scales from the incredibly fiddly to the excessively large. But Leon has been there, a shining beacon in the wargaming firmament, to draw all right thinking gamers to the True Scale, and the more enlightened to adoration of the Perfect One. Does Leon not satisfy those urges that one cannot express to even one's closest family? Does he not give us each a way to live in our imaginations, to express the possible, to game in glory?

So Brothers, as Leon is us, we (the buds on the Pendraken bush) are Leon. This is the way it should be, and it shall ever be, and I for one, Brothers give thanks to Leon, every time my postman says "it's another one of them packages." (No, not those ones, that's something completely different - yes those ones, the small, heavy ones.)
