Photos of Pendrakens new ACW limbers

As I promised a few weeks ago, here are a few photos of Pendraken's new ACW artillery limbers. As I was prepping them to be painted this morning, I decided that I like them so much that I'm going to replace all my Old Glory and old range Pendraken limbers with them. Hopefully, in a few short weeks, I will have some photos of them painted to share. (Note: packs include two limbers, eight limber horses, two limber riders, one walking artilleryman, one mounted standard bearer, and one mounted rider. Not sure what purpose the last two figures serve. Maybe command?)

They look good, Bryan. May I point out, though, that the riders are always on the left hand horses.

That's correct. Get them the right way round before you base them.

They look nice. How easy were the wheels to fasten on ? I cursed quite a bit on the older range models.

I find that on newer model guns, limbers etc. wheels go on much easier than they used to. If it's a bit snug try lightly drilling the recess in the wheel rather than attempting to file down the lug on the wagon/gun carriage.

That's correct. I used a pin drill. They went on fine after that.
