As I'm waiting on my WWI Pendraken order I'm finishing off a few little projects. One of these is a Finnish Continuation War company with supporting armour.  I wish to paint the tanks in the three colour cam pattern in the picture. Unfortunately I'm colour blind (yes, really), so colour matching is troublesome.

Could someone please suggest some paints (vallejo if possible) that might match?

Thanks

cant give you exact shades - which would be wrong anyway due to dirt and fade but its basis is German Panzer Grey with stripes of cammo red brown and what looks like cream, suspect that should be sand.

Looks dark green rather than Panzer Grey to me (don't think the G would have appeared in Panzer Grey in any appreciable quantities either)
FoW have a Finnish armour painting guide but the green looks too bright to me perhaps 890 would work better

If I were creating Pendraken I wouldn't mess about with Romans and  Mongols  I would have started with Centurions , eight o'clock, Day One!

Righty then, I've dragged the Vallejo rack next to the computer screen to find the best match!

The Reflective Green looks OK (VAL890), although on my screen it seems a little darker, so maybe either Russian Green (VAL894) or Bronze Green (VAL897)?

For the brown, it looks like Saddle Brown for a direct match (VAL940) or Cork Brown (VAL843) for a lighter option.

And the white would be, as Ian says, one of the sand colours, either Light Sand (VAL837) or Dark Sand (VAL847).

To me the palest stripes are grey, not sand (which agrees with the FoW guide)
But I think their green is too bright, and would go with Leon's suggestions, or perhaps Military Green 975. There are that many Vallejo dark greens that almost any will do after a bit of weathering.

Could be, although most of the Vallejo grey's are too dark.  The only two options would be

Flat Aluminium (VAL993)

or Silver Grey (VAL883)

I wd pick Aluminum.

But have you tried googling? Thats what I tried with the new German cammo scheme for another project.

The following colours:

Moss Green: 10/11 Humbrol 116 and 1/11 Humbrol 131
Grey: 10/11 Humbrol 72 and 1/11 Humbrol 170
Sand Brown: Humbrol 170

are suggested here

Whilst its entirely feasible that the base colour is green, I said grey from looking at the road wheels. These are definitely grey, by comparison with the tyres.

Thanks lads. That's a great help. :-bd

I have difficulty saying, with any certainty, which of the darker colours is green and which is brown. So your help is much appreciated. :D

sebigboss79 - Yes I have tried googling. No results I could use, unfortunately. The only site I have found is FOW. But their colours are very bright (and have the wrong colour of Hakaristi).

I'll probably go with Saddle Brown, Russian Green and possibly the Flat Aluminium.

Thanks again.

Check this site out for plenty of info and pics on Finnish armour. You will see that the green is much more green than shown in the original pic.
