Nicely done Nik, good job on the Shaman too. Did you spot the extra character on his base? ;)

Another fine looking army from Nik, and one of my favourites for WM, I might just have to get some of those Squogglers for my Orcy horde.

Thanks - those Squogglers are top-notch  8)

Great idea to use a 28mm figure for the Giant 8).

I had shied away from orcs and goblinz for warmaster but these guys might just convince me otberwise :)

Great work and style, the army is really cohesive, how do you differentiate between orcs and goblins?

Thanks - I'm not differentiating here - just Gobbos for me in this one (using the Experimental list from Warmaster Armies  8))

I'm sure Leon can confirm this, but I believe that the Kallistra Orcs are the same as the Pendraken Goblins, but cast in strips, whilst the Kallistra Mountain Orcs are the 15mm Goblins formerly produced by Pendraken, but now produced by Minibits.

The Pendraken Orcs are only produced by Pendraken and ARE shorter and squatter than the goblins.

The Minibits 15mm Goblins make great Black Orc/Giant Goblins to go with the Pendraken ones.

Yes to the Pendraken Goblins / Kallistra Orcs being the same figures, and the Pendraken Orcs are slightly smaller I think, but a lot heftier.

I'm not sure on the Kallistra Mountain Orcs though, I don't think I've ever seen those?

On holiday with only my phone and a dodgy signal so it's a bit tricky to hop between sites to compare pictures, but I thought the chap on the front left with his axe raised was on of yours. The one in banded armour with the cleaver/sword on the front and rear right also looks familiar.  :-\

Cheers!

Whoops...maybe he's a tunnelling lemming?  ;)

Just make sure you don't paint over the rats chewing on one of the zombies.....Though they are a little more obvious !! ;D ;D ;D

Lovely painting, Nik!

So long since I played. Is Warhamster played on 25 x 50s these days?

Nope - Warmaster is still usually 40x20 but I used 50x25 to give a bit more room for the figures, plus I had a load, plus I'm doing at least two armies and I mostly play solo so it's not an issue for me  :)

Fenton

did you give the goblins a black future wash Niik?
If I were creating Pendraken I wouldn't mess about with Romans and  Mongols  I would have started with Centurions , eight o'clock, Day One!
