I've put up images of my first warband for Dux Bellorum on my Blog. They had their first outing today, details of which to follow later on this weekend.

We really are very lucky to be spoiled with two great British Dark Ages games at the moment  - Dux Bellorum and Dux Britanniarum. I started in 28mm with Glutter of Ravens using 100mm frontage bases, but when Dux Britanniarum came along with its individual bases I did not want to break up my Bellorum/Glutter bases, and duplicating in 28mm was not a viable option with only Saxons available in plastic. So, having been seduced by Techno's Late Roman figures I decided to do multiple 10mm figures on 1p and 2p bases. Works a treat. I can also use these for Saga as well when it works its way back to the C5th and C6th.
