Just to show my ignorance who does Sumerians in 10mm?

I know of a partial range in 6mm by Rapier and a similarly limited range of 20mm plastics by Hat (iirc).

As to people to fight Sumerians it would be other Sumerians or mountain/ desert tribesmen I guess. I'd love to run a WMA campaign using Sumerian armies representing the various city states. In 6mm you could almost do 1:1

Assyrians would get my support. They fought just about everybody around them at the time.

I'd buy Egyptians and Assyrians. And stop being nasty to MM. They're a useful supplement to our lot, and I know I buy more Pendrakens because I can mix 'em up with others.
