Anyone else getting these ?

Anyone else getting mail....allegedly from 'MyCalendar' stating 'So and so' wants to add you to their birthday reminders list ?
The first one I got, I thought "Strange....This person already knows when my birthday is".....So I checked with her.

Apparently her computer had been hacked (?) and someone had nicked all the addy's in her address book so they could send out crud like this.
The message WASN'T from her.
Fair do's....Don't open it....Don't reply.

The pain in the bum is, that now it reminds me every few days that "You STILL haven't replied to X's request to join this list".....even after I thought I'd blocked 'My Calendar'.....And now another contact looks like he's been hacked too.....Deep joy
Linkedin (or whoever) seem to have got around a block I put on their (or somebody's) Spam and are now sneaking messages in...again with bloody reminders every few days......AAARGH !!

Up until now, I've had great success in blocking single or multiple word combinations in the titles of e'mails.....But it doesn't seem to be working anymore.

Any ideas chaps and chappesses.

Carn,t help on that one Techno, but i received  a fake one today from a so called paypal asking me to update my details using a PDF reply form, very convincing but it was sent to an email i dont use for paypal so forwarded it to paypal and it is a fake so beware anyone if you get one,

Additional info: Get yourself an extra email address for spam, social media etc.

I currently have 8 email addys....

I've got four in total, S.
Trouble is....I barely EVER use the other 3.
I just use them as 'back-ups' if my 'proper' server falls out with another server...which has happened in the past....(And it's always been Hotmail/MSN if there's a problem. )
