Thank you.  :)

It's taking shape. I think I need more of the 6mm habitation and monorail kits.  :-\

I'm also pondering some air support.

Saab do some futuristic designs, with a funky paint job they may do the job.

This week I've been on leave. My painting mojo has come back and I've spent hours at the painting desk, happily slapping pigment on unsuspecting models.

My score for this week is:
  • 90 heavy infantry for the Romano- British
  • 12 x 1:2400 French warships for the Battle of the Nile
  • 120 infantry, 60 cavalry and 15 staff for the Marlburian period
  • 7 carts and waggons, and 14 drivers and assorted hangers on for the Bishop's War  Royalists
  • 31 pieces of assorted scenery for Eric
  • 24 infantry and 12 vehicles for the Green faction on Eric

Altogether 394 bits and pieces. Considering that in 2024 up to last week, I had painted 420 pieces, that's a massive increase in productivity.

Better still, I've "completed" four projects, the Romano-British, the Napoleonc naval, the Earl's Blues and the SF Greens.

I also got in the second 1984 game that I was promising myself.

All in all, a good week's work. :)

I moved last year, and have been meaning to update my Electoral Register info.

Today is the deadline, so I went on the website at work during lunchtime.

Government sites are moving to a common platform.

I am a civil servant, so I use that platform.

They have autofill - if you apply for a passport, the computer will remember that info if you start typing for a driving licence, for instance.

It auto filled my first and last name, because I put my first and last name into the computer at worked.

It then asked if my middle name was 'Canterbury Crown Court'...
I have neither the time nor the crayons to explain why you are wrong.

  • Is your middle name Canterbury Crown Court?
  • Have you ever lived in Canterbury Crown Court?
  • Have you ever worked in Canterbury Crown Court?
  • Have you ever been in Canterbury Crown Court?
  • Have you ever put Canterbury Crown Court in another online form? If no, where do you think this instance of Canterbury Crown Court could have come from?
  • Do you think that if you change your middle name from Canterbury Crown Court somebody elsewhere will be recorded of being convicted at "Derek" (or "Brian", or "Zebedee")?
  • If the box for your middle name is big enought to enter Canterbury Crown Court, then what middle names do people have that require at least 21 characters? That's more than racehorses get for their entire name.
  • Is there some sort of facial recogniotion problem? Do you look like Canterbury Crown Court? Even if you squint a bit?

To be fair , that last was a long shot.

  • Is Canterbury Crown Court your mother's maiden name?
  • Is Canterbury Crown Court your porn name?
  • Did you ever have a dog called Canterbury Crown Court?
  • Do you have a visible tattoo of Canterbury Crown Court?
  • Do you have a hidden tattoo of Canterbury Crown Court?
  • Is Canterbury Crown Court your favourite property on the Kent version of Monopoly?
  • Could it be a typo? In What3Words cantered.crown.court is in North Island, New Zealand, near Waimamaku Beach. Is that where you buried your treasure?

1 (one), and exactly 1 (one) of those guesses is correct.

Well that's a better hit rate than I was expecting.  :D

I'm going with Canterbury Crown Court being your favourite property on the Kent version of Monopoly. It's everyone's favoutite.
