Midnight has come and gone in NZ and they are still there!

Possibly the end of the world for them was at Twickenham a few weeks ago.  :D

I've just been outside for an hours and a half watching my year group play football, no end of the world here (17-16, two nose bleeds and a suspected handball later)!  8)

17-16 ? are you sure it wasn't rugby Lemmey ? ;) ;D

Teenagers definition of the end of the world?

Losing internet access just as they're about to reach the next level on whatever Xbox game they happen to be playing... ;D
I don't think my wife likes me very much, when I had a heart attack she wrote for an ambulance.

So true Nosher and Orc..... I happen to be between those two generations. Using the stuff but with a more mature attitude.

The end of the world for me was to read a 10th graders' answer to the question of naming 3 scandinavian countries. Denmark, Sweden, Northpole  #-o

Generation Google can at least gather information but has no clue how to sort, much less use them. But it could come worse. People that post mindless blab on fakebook believe Big Brother and X-Factor is the real world cannot grasp most simple ideas how the world functions. :-\

I daresay we look into a bleak future if nothing is done.

Not with a bang but a whimper. Someone had to say it.

Dost think that because thou art virtuous there shall be no more cakes and ale?
I don't drink coffee to wake up. I wake up to drink coffee.

Nosher

Did someone mention Ale?

Now there's a good idea - an end of the world party to celebrate the non-end of the world!

Some of my friends did that yesterday evening ! ( I had to work..  >:( )
I think the end of the world will be for them, this morning, while waking up !  ;D

But is that as good as what an old colleague at GW came out with....?

"'Ere.....Hitler...right.....Was he in the first World War ?"
To which he got the reply....
"Yes 'X'.....he was a corporal."

"Aaaah.....So was he in the second World War as well ?"

And I think my history isn't up to much ! :o :o
