Hi All

Excuse me for dragging in another supplier here but HLJ are having a sale on Black Friday and they write:-

"We'll have items in six price categories: 500 yen, 1000 yen, 1500 yen, 2000 yen, 3000 yen, and 5000 yen, with almost all items at least 50% or more off the normal retail price!

This sale will start at 2pm Friday November 23 JST and end 5pm Tuesday November 27 JST (that's midnight Thursday night EST to midnight Monday night PST). "

Not sure how the times work out - just taking my shoes off to help count  :).

The reason I mention this is that Fairy Kikaku make many unusual items, AFVs, ships and planes, not likely to ever be considered by Pendraken:-

Of course the pack that I want, with the Carden Lloyd tankette is out of stock  :(.

Cheers, (if the post is inappropriate, please remove)

Orcs

I have just started to asemble the Polish AA truck from this manufacturer. The kit is iin resin and nicely detailed. Some flash, but the resin is very soft and easy to remove with a scalpel.

Just be aware that  customs can cahrge vat on any parcel with a value of £15 or more.

When I ordered this it got picked up by UK customs, and I was charged VAT. this would not have been too bad, but the Post office charged another £8 fixed charged for taking the VAT. so it cost me an extra £14.

Having said that it was well packaged and arrived in about two weeks.

I think Pendraken should make them all, just for completeness' sake.  :D
The Fairy Kikaku lists some stuff I didn't know about - Japanese 1950s army using M19 SPAA, a Type 56 105mm SPG, M52 SP howitzer, interesting stuff!
