newly arrived French and British interventionists attack Spanish Nationalists......

The Yeomanry Vickers Medium III were picked off by a solitary PAK35 later in the game, one FCM-2c broke down, and the British and French infantry advance stalled eventually.

Hopefully Leon can see why the Brits need Vickers Independent heavy tanks.....

Very interesting game, Mark. I hadn't realised the period was so diverse.  :)
When you realise we're all mad, life makes a lot more sense.

cheers everyone, it's a sorta AVBCW meets SCW, and when we get SCW Italians, we can do hypothetical 1936-38 Italians v French &/or British in the Med, and at the same time the same armies with little addition can be used for proper 1939-40 WW2. The ultimate manifestation would be 1938 German invasion of Czechoslovakia, but I can't imagine Pendraken doing 10mm Czechs for any reason.....

heh heh, the list would be quite small:
2 anti-tank guns
1 AA gun
2 tanks (assuming you already make the Pz.38t and Turan I, the latter posing as what-if ST vz39.
If you make the Pz.35t, this reduces the list to 1 tank)
1 armoured car, perhaps 2
1 APC
riflemen
cavalry
infantry + LMG
MMG teams
command
2 trucks
1 field car
3 artillery pieces
horse limber
2 mortars I think

Of the above, all but the APC were used in WW2 by Germans, Hungarians, Bulgarians, Romanians, Italians, Slovaks in some form or other, so wouldn't be wasted  8)
In fact, for all I know (I haven't checked) most of the artillery may already be available in 10mm.
Maybe when the Hobbit pt.3 has come out, can we have them then?  :D

Leon

Fell right into that one didn't I?  Should have known you'd have a list ready...  :D
