Struggling with the French dragoons. No longer bound for the comp. Just want to get them finished as a standard wargame unit so I can get on with other stuff. Still managed to get one piece into the comp.

Everything's at a dead stop. Have I run out of figures to paint? No! I've run out of $!&*/£ bases. I could cut them out of mounting board, of course, but they'd look different from the rest and probably warp.

Kublai's ride is now well 'pimped' just got to add drapes and tiger skins and he's good to go

Lots and lots of detail and trying to find right colours tonight. Still a goon nights progress, last eight stands almost there.
Even found time to plan, assemble, undercoat, wash and highlight the first stages of a vehicle competition entry too!

Lost my last three hours painting time due to a vomiting son requiring daycare 

Managed to get base prettifying mostly finished though 

Going to have to hope for a bit of quiet and some good weather for photographing Saturday...
