Any plans for opponents for the Late Romans?

Hello lads,

I was asked by the lads at my club to post this question here (their English is fine imho -if they can read and understand wargaming rules they can certainly post on forums- but for some reason they are afraid they are going to make mistakes etc etc.).

To cut a long story short the lads are really fond of the Late Romans sculpted by Clib and are wondering if he has any plans to sculpts Goths or Sassanids i.e. someone to use as their opponent. Assuming the answer is in the positive is there any timeline, however rough?

My recommendation was to start the project anyhow and do Late Roman vs. Late Roman (there was plenty of civil war going on) but I don't think I am winning the argument.

In any event; thanks for your time.

Sassanids exist already, as do Dacians and Sarmatians. Goths, Franks, and Huns are certainly desirable (after the Aztecs in Tarletons).
I don't drink coffee to wake up. I wake up to drink coffee.

The Goths are certainly on the list, and will be the next range I think Clib will be doing after the LoA.  I'm not sure on the timescales on that at the moment, as we don't want to start a new range until we've completed as much as possible on both the AWI and LoA.  In the meantime, as FK says, there are the current Sassanids and Dacians.  They are both by different sculptors, but are nice figures.

It would be good to see some Irish, Welsh, arthurian british, etc what with Dux Bellorum and Dux Brittanarum hitting the shelves.
I don't think my wife likes me very much, when I had a heart attack she wrote for an ambulance.

Please Clib/Techno/Leon
Picts - as we have Kiera as a general.
Early Saxons - a short extension of skirmishers, heroes and heavy warriors from Clibs already amazing Saxon Foereditii in the Late Roman range.
Huns - act as allies & opponents to many forces (dull as they are to fight).
Franks...

As Leon says, the priority at the moment is getting stuff done to round out the LoA and AWI ranges, cavalry in both cases. However once that's done the Goths are next in line, indeed the dollies for them have been done for quite some time. No time scales for any of this, things are too chaotic to allow for predictions.
