Hello friends,
Over the weekend I traveled down to Virginia for the 150th anniversary reenactment of the Battle of 2nd Manassas. You can see my photos from this reenactment here:

That Rebel firing line looks a bit thin... ;)

We had a chap like that (the bloke on the extreme right of the photo) in my unit. Always had to be first at everything :d And what the hell is he aiming at? Didn't know the Yankee's used messenger pigeons!!!
I don't think my wife likes me very much, when I had a heart attack she wrote for an ambulance.

Is this a reenactment, or an ordinary day for a bunch of Good Ol' Boys in the Deep South?
I don't drink coffee to wake up. I wake up to drink coffee.

The Rebs look a bit outnumbered, Bryan. Nice to get a sense of how it actually looked, though.  8)
When you realise we're all mad, life makes a lot more sense.

Bryan - great pic. I must say your site was an inspiration when I was looking around for a project. Just collected my first order at Claymore and looking to build up forces for both sides of the conflict as nobody else at the club has 10mm ACW.
