Well, I've just painted 'em, all but the Fuzzy-Wuzzy camelry that we're waiting for so eagerly. Tomorrow sees whether the Anglo-Egyptians and the Mahdists are reasonably matched, or if I need to buy another dozen packs to balance the armies.
And then, time to begin painting Zulus. Is there no end to it?

If you're referring to the madness that is 'the next purchase/unit on the painting table' then I'm very much afraid not

Its a well known fact that wargamers without their own personal body weight in lead 'still' to paint are dead

Chess isn't like that. In chess you have to think back to the twenty thousand odd matches which you studied, so you don't have to think ahead until your opponent makes an interesting move. In other words: a mistake.
