SLOW - 3 weeks and still nothing!

I ordered my FIRST Pendraken figures 3 weeks ago - about £30. I have heard nothing since the email confirming the order. All paid for via paypal etc... No email saying that it's been despatched.

IS THIS SLOW SERVICE NORMAL ?

That is slow for them! Bu they are busy at the moment. Sometimes it's 24 hours!

Most stuff is cast to order - so it can take a while for turn around, especially in show season - most of my orders seem to be around the 3 week mark. But once you get a shipping email, you will then have them very quickly.

It is a form of torture waiting each day for the postman to leave a small but very heavy parcel.

What's the status on your order? It should be 'Awaiting shipment confirmation'. But I guess Leon will be along shortly to sort things out. He's a at that.

Apologies for the delay on this one Dr Dave, I've just popped a reply through to your email.  The order was finished on Thursday night, but with the prep for the Birthday Bash, the PO was shut when we got there on Friday.  It'll be on it's way first thing on Monday though, so there should be a satisfying 'thunk' through your letterbox on Tuesday morning hopefully.
