Very nice indeed. Great idea to have the anchor ropes/chains, but I would knock them off very quickly :(.

That one's just a wee trial. I may go full out and dedicate a terrain tile to the bridge and permanently fix the cables.

Michael has been very quiet about what has been happening at his "Supremelittleness" site! As well as his 10mm Essling Church appearing for sale there has been an explosion of 3mm releases in the central european section. They seem to be 3mm versions of everything he has done in 10mm for 1809, and look absolutely splendid. I have just ordered the lot to provide some villages for my 6mm Commands and Colours Napoleonic's armies, but I have already seen one blog where an another inventive supporter of the "Wendy House" tendency is using the southern european buildings to make Talavera for his 10mm Pendraken armies. So, fill your boots for Christmas!

I have no commercial connection with Supreme Littleness!  :D  :D

I had a stab at restarting my 10mm 1809 Journal back in October 2018. (The dreaded apostrophe bug got the better of me posting then.) Lockdown has given me some time to have another stab.

So, here are two 2018 posts and five 2020 ones:

I'm catching up by posting lockdown activity:

POSTS 226 – 228

www.michaelscott.name/1809/blog2020/1809post226.htm

The first post has a few words about John Gill's new 1809 book which inspired me to paint Pendraken Austrian grenadiers, as featured in the following post. The final post is more universal as it includes musings on using contrast paints with 10mm figures.

Cheers, Michael
