For the glory of the Konigliche Kaiser:

Pendraken figs are featured heavily, but not exclusively.  More to come!

Thanks! Wouldn't have guessed that those fit so nicely for 10mm figs; I'll give them a try  8)
And it's really a shame that you live so far away; otherwise we could have combined our forces to one massive Austrian uberarmy  ;)

Nice the pait of you and yes 6mm Timecast work loverly with 10mm pendraken's.

Both armies being orged for Lasalle I assume?

sam scott

Mine is, although I also plan to use them for Black Powder.

Malbork

Great looking figs and an inspiration to move out of the Peninsula!! :)

Just wondered about the Timecasts buildings. I see they have a specific 10mm range as well. Is that just too big?

I think that the 6mm buildings fit the ground scale of Napoleonics better. If I was doin a modern prior, like WW2, I'd probably go with the 10mm range.

Excellent, looking good!  I'll have to crack on with those reinforcements...  ;) :D

That's a great looking set up, Austrians always look so crisp. Good to see your balancing terrain work with figure painting too. I've all to often concentrated on preparing armies only to fight on barren tables.

What base sizes have you gone for?

sam scott

The 2 rules sets I'm targeting are Lasalle and Black Powder, neither of which are particularly fussy about base size, so I went with the look I liked and what I had on hand.

Infantry are 1" x 3/4"

Skirmishers are 1" x 1/4"

Cavalry are 1 1/4" x 1"

Artillery are 1 1/4" x 1 1/4"

Officers are mounted on pennies.

Greetings

So infantry battalions are 6 bases of 8 figures in 2 ranks?  You managed to get four figures frontage per 1" base?

Regards

Edward

sam scott

Yes. It's tight, but I like the dense look.
