Thought Id just share a pic of the first 2  bases of completed Grenadiers, what fun awaits painting the rest of these little characters.

Ta - the French are coming out even better, took an age trying to decide on basing, in the end just went for a simple sand/static grass mix with tufts over a dark base, should save me a bit of time as well.

Nicely done - some great details in there, especially the standard pole  8)
