I've seen some websites & forums mention Hamptons legion infantry wearing green jackets at Bull run.  Does anyone have more informaton on this?  Some articles were specific to companies, so I wasnt sure if it was only some companies had them or was it regimental. Or is it another  uniform myth?

I'd looked at their website amongst others,  but not thought to do this obvious step! I'm obviously in Friday mode.
