Used by both the Dutch and Romanians -- I may proxie the sov one for my Romanians for a while but really it's a nice weapon.  You could get away with one crew for both Dutch and Romanian   forces, although properly the Romanian air defense forces wore the Adrian helmet.

I'd certainly buy that as a generic-ish heavy AA gun for A.N.Other countries 1930's-60'sl army
