Internet fault at Pendraken HQ, EDIT: Fixed!

Just a quick note to let everyone know that we've had a problem with the internet at Pendraken HQ since Tuesday night.  We're hoping to have it rectified very soon (hopefully without another 6 hours of calls to BT and Netgear!)  So if your order hasn't had the payment confirmed yet, or you've not had a response to an email, please bear with us while we get everything sorted!

We're back in action!  Megamatman called in on his way home from work and got us up and running again with a couple of skilled clicks of the mouse!

Yep, got that one.  We were still receiving everything fine, no problems there, I just couldn't log on to the internet to access the emails and get the orders printed off.  All good now, better start working through the Inbox!

Yep, no worries.  The emails were all arriving safely, I just couldn't get onto the net to access them...    I've got everything printed off now, so I'll be confirming the payments on the website next.
