How’s that for turnaround time? I haven’t posted my photos from April’s Fort Sumter events yet, but here are my Bull Run photos. Well…. that’s the way it goes. I attended the Saturday reenactment and yes it was hot. At times I thought I was attending a battle of Monmouth reenactment. Anyways, thanks to all the reenactors for putting on a great show and here’s my photos.

Excellent images - a real reference into what "mass effect" should mean and how much detail to put on a 10mm figure.

By my goodness, it was in the 30s C at least there on the weekend.  Many heatstroke casualties?

Yes the transmission towers, that’s the sign of a great civil war reenactment.

Most of the shots appear to be of the Confederates. Do I detect a certain bias here?  :)

But as ever, the unit sizes are too small! It looks like some have only about 40 figure in them, surely on the day there would have been thousands...
