If by interesting effects you mean "every figure looks like a GW CHAOS MUTANT WITH SPIKEY BITS" as painted by my early teenage self (MOAR COLOUR! SHADING? LINING? WHAT DAT? MOAR PAINT!) then I guess

And then I'd be beaten to death by my other half for letting the wee one chew spikey metal and drink potentially ungood paint...

What flock are you using Chaos?

I use different flock, from army painter to GW, natural material from the surronding of the house or real beach sand and also pendraken (it is a pitty they stop it).

But the one used for this guys is from a new railway matt. New matts always loose a lot of flock, so I gather it and re use it.

In an ideal world I would paint 30min to 1 hour per day. But the reality is I only manage to do it 3 days per week.

This time I only paint ratgomery and the cavalry, but when I finish a mini project I like to take a picture of the whole thing.
