Hi guys, I'm David, a miniature painter who works on commission for over 20 years. I live in Barcelona and I'm currently painting 10mm figures for a client (I'd never painted this scale before, but the definition of Pendraken's figures is incredible). If anyone is interested in having me paint their figures, I'd be happy to. You can send me an email to davaferr@hotmail.com.

Your commissions take twenty years!??! Michelangelo took four to do the Last Judgment!

Speaking of Michelangelo, how many people have noticed the carefully encoded reference to David's getting a bit of coaching before going out to face Goliath? You need to look at the shadow - he's clearly getting advice from his cat! Hmmm, I suppose it worked for Dick Wittington too....

Welcome davidd! I hope you enjoy your time here.

Techno, how dare you even think of this place as a madhouse! That is a scurrilous slur on the reputation of ..... well, madhouses, I suppose.  :d

These are really nice! You've managed to make me think seriously about doing ACW in 10mm now, as before I was daunted by the volume of painting involved (I have a lot of other stuff already that needs painting  :-[ ).

True, but I've been very good over the last few years, and only bought stuff I needed*...

* "needed" is a relative term of course :D

Hi Dave, heretical I know but I am doing ACW in Adler 6mm, looks good...

davidd

I've painted several regiments in 6mm, good luck, it's crazy to work at such a small scale. ;)
