Right then folks, this is your chance!  With us taking a break from the shows next year, we'll be focusing all of that extra time on clearing the massive backlog of ranges, releases and projects that have stacked up here at Pendraken HQ.

Now, while I've got a rough idea of what's sitting in the pipeline, I'd like to throw this out there and ask everyone, what are you waiting for?  What item or range have we mentioned in the past as being in progress, but you've not seen it yet?  It might be some sculpts we previewed years ago, something we bought/acquired that's not been released, or just a single item that we said we'd get sorted.  Whatever it is, let me know and I'll get it added to the list!

NOTE:  This isn't a thread for existing requests or new things that you'd like to see us do, this is specifically things that we've already said are on the way, but haven't been completed.

And there you go folks, have at it!

:D

CURRENT LIST:

T-72s and trucks - On my desk, need master moulds and production moulds.
Balori - With the sculptor I think, need to check whether we need more, then moulds.
Sci-Fi ranges - Master moulded and on my desk, need checking and putting into production moulds.
Japanese Castle - In a box here at Pendraken HQ, one for when the resin room is up and running.
Amazons - Mostly sculpted, need to check on cavalry then production moulds.
Ancient Indians - Currently being sculpted so not at Pendraken HQ yet.
Napoleonic limbers - Just need two production moulds.
Men-in-trenches - Resin 'trench' pieces need to be moulded, then we need to choose which torsos are going in them.
TB Line - All sculpts have been updated, need to be master and production moulded.
Russian Naps - Still being sculpted, probably won't reach Pendraken HQ until summer 2026.
Biblicals - Won't be started until the Russian Naps are done, so a while off yet.
WWII armoured train - Will be done in resin as soon as the resin room is up and running.
Maus and Ratte - Maus moulded, needs checking for release.  Ratte not moulded at all.
www.pendraken.co.uk - Now home to over 10,000 products, including nearly 5000 items for 10mm wargaming, plus MDF bases, Battlescale buildings, I-94 decals, Litko Gaming Aids, Militia Miniatures, Raiden Miniatures 1/285th aircraft, Red Vectors MDF products, Vallejo paints, Tiny Tin Troops flags and much, much more!

OK I'll bite Leon.

Somewhere in your pipeline you have some 10mm Russian T-72 tanks of various models and some other modern era vehicles/trucks that you have mentioned that are due to be released at some point.

I'd pay good money to see them join your inventory sooner than later.

Only a couple of things spring to mind

1. Balor

2. Three Russian Men-in-a-Trench (though sorting out some stuff recently I have an idea for a home grown alternative)

though as others post I'm pretty sure I'll wind up going,"Oh yes! Those too."

With a large backlog already,  :'(  :'(  I'm not sure I am waiting for anything.  And there are existing items that I have not yet gorged on enough like more "goths", the monmouth rebellion, AWI additions, the Russo-Japs,....  :P

However, if they are "ooh shiny" enough, I am most likely to be tempted by the the revamped TB line and the 10mm Bronze age.  I might just be able to resist The Russian Napoleonics but that's because I fear it will have a huge number of codes.  And what Forum member doesn't want every code in a range.  :D

Thanks for all of the replies so far, I've updated my initial post with those along with some brief info on where they are in the process.

We'll announce that one soon, and it'll probably be an early 2026 release.

Quote from: fred. on 14 October 2025, 07:17:11 AMJapanese Castle (and any of the other buildings that came with it)

We were hoping to have the next set of walls/fences done by now, but unfortunately not yet.  We'll be getting all of this sorted as soon as the resin room is in action.

I'll definitely get those done, they're one of those fiddly jobs that I need to concentrate on but never seem to find the time to get done.

2. Three Russian Men-in-a-Trench

Thankfully Phil has confirmed he's got the Balori as I'd forgotten where those were!  The men-in-trenches is definitely something to get done sooner rather than later as it's a more efficient method of producing all of those 'in trench' products.

I don't think that's one we've previewed/mentioned before?  It's definitely on the request list though.

Train should be soon, John at Ironclad was putting it into a resin mould so I'll find out where we are with that.

Biblicals will be started after the Russian Naps.

Chinese aren't currently on the radar, that would be one for the request lists.
