I hope you find a solution to your sleep issue Leon. I know a couple of people who have had broadly similar issues and finding solutions has been a real mission.

While the show attendence issue does not affect me since I'm not in your part of the world having a online presence where new or existing products are showcased would be of great benefit to your offshore customers. Pendraken has been exemplery in always having pictures of the vast majority of their products online.

This makes it much more likely (for me anyway) to purchase from the website than to buy sight unseen and end up with a product that isn't really what I was after. I'm a fairly regular customer, usually for small scale orders, but I definitely think a youtube channel or something along those lines would be a really good move.
