Bonjour, ma amis.

Came up with an idea for a bluffing game. Think it will work best with 6 or more players. Thoughts please.

You have a deck of 1 card per player, each card being a unique value of up to that number - so with 7 players you have cards numbered 1 2 3 4 5 6 and 7.

One player is randomly determined to be the First Player for round one (shuffle the cards, one to each player, lowest is player one.)

On a round

P1 Shuffles the cards and deals them face down, one to each player. The players then look at their card.

Starting with P1, and moving round the table clockwise, the player swaps his card with any other player, with neither card being shown to the table.

When the last player (the one before P1) has swapped their card, the round ends.

Players reveal their card, and score that many points (so the player with '4' scores 4 points)

P1 then moves one player clockwise. Start a new round.

When all players have been P1, the game ends. The player with the highest total number of points is the winner.

Players are allowed to talk about what they have, comment on other players etc at anytime.

Thoughts?

I have neither the time nor the crayons to explain why you are wrong.
