Thanks, I've another Pendraken order on its way that should give me enough to finish my Romano-British and Saxons, I've decided to go with Lancashire games for the Irish, they mix well with Pendraken and have a wild character that helps them stands out.

I'll then be looking to add some of the unique characters from the rules and finish up the terrain

Got a brief game in last night using the sellworss and spellslingers solo npc mechanic

It worked well enough for basic scenarios

Thanks, its a mix of Pendrakens range and figures from lancashire games

The plan is 3 300pt warbands

1 Irish, 1 Saxon and the third being Romano-British

To play the historical version

I then only need a few characters and animals/monsters to play the Welsh legend version

Whether I progress to high medieval I havn't decided,

Some terrain came through today so knocked up this tower and finished off my Merlin and someone I'll be using for
Gildas the Monk

Excellent work there Corso. Sellswords and Spellslingers works really well for historical skirmish, just leave the magic bits out!
