Can you please explain how I go about posting a new topic?

I have now received my first Pendraken order😁

I have some questions about basing sizes and unit organisation for Napoleonics but can't seem to work out how to start a topic and make the post🙄

On the "Home" page, pick the area you want to post in ... e.g. "Genre/Period Discussions", then "Firelocks to Maxims"

From that, you can pick "new topic", and off you go.
