Deaths in 2023

It is estimated that cats kill billions of birds and small animals worldwide, every year. As if humanity wasn't already making enough of an effort to wipe them out! Not sure that quite fits the Deaths in 2023 thread though? Perhaps the Country File one instead?

TBH I was more just thinking it was a million bird deaths every day. As you say, humanity is also having a big negative effect.
