Thank you all for that information.
I will set about acquiring a set as soon as possible.  :)

At one time Tumbling Dice did a limited part of Rod Langton's stuff at shows and had an arrangement that Langton orders could be collected at shows from Tumbling Dice. I have no idea if that still continues to apply but I'm sure you find it on one/other/both of their websites if it does.

If you don't mind some papercraft Wargames Vault does a variety of nice ones, and you can always resize by printing at different percentages - https://www.wargamevault.com/product/20283/Roman-Seas-The-Roman-Navy-Set

It had been advertising a Greek-Persian era set at me in the week but I can't find it now!

Thank you. I'm afraid my paper craft skills are somewhat deficient.

Just noticed on another forum that the latest Issue of Wargames Illustrated (No 421 Jan 2023) has a suplimentary 32 page set of trireme era rules called Thalassa, so if you are still looking for the right set of rules might be worth getting hold of a copy of WI 421.

Thanks Pierre the Shy

I've had a quick look here https://www.wargamesillustrated.net/gaming/thalassa/ on the WI website

Having several crew slots on each ship with various options and keeping track of crew loses and partial damage on each ship makes this look like a skirmish game

I'm more interested in large fleet actions
