QuoteCrivvens, another year+ has passed!  :'(

I've mostly been playing 5E D&D online since lockdown started - just got into a fight with Tiamat!

Bought some stuff at Colours and - because I was ill - did some painting as part of my convalesce  :o
Funny I've been getting into RPGs a bit more lately, just play-by-post or solo as being able to spend a few hours at a stretch doing one thing on a regular basis that isn't work seems like a luxury  ;D so dipping in and out when I have time works well. Though means, when I do get an hour or two to myself I have to decide do I want to RPG, wargame, paint or do something else entirely ~X( Need more hours in days.

Quote. . . Need more hours in days.
House-rule it that hours are only 40 minutes long. Et voila - you now have 36 in one day! Simples.

Yeah.

I'd love to paint/craft more, but I'm limited to having to use the dining room table: getting started takes seconds, putting all the bits and pieces I pull out as I get more paint and figures takes hours to put away  :'(

Having an fixed RPG evening in the diary is certainly a help.

Cheers - Phil. :)

Now, the most important question, what's Phil calling himself these days?!

Techno II (Greenstuff Boogaloo) is now a guest account.  Haven't had a chance for more than a cursory look, but did spot (I think) an extinct Phil2 account...  :-/

Techno 3

Try Techno 3, Meirion.  ;)
(Then there's Doppelganger, as well) :D

Cheers - Phil :)
I'll do this later

Yeah I actually finally got the spare room cleared out* and set up for painting, gaming, hobbying, etc. However, having a baby in the household, hiding away in a spare room for hours on end hobbying isn't really a regular option! Been quite enjoying the creative writing aspects of written RPGs, and easy to dip in and out of on my phone, and play one-handed. It's also quite interesting to see some of the rule differences and similarities between it and wargaming. Gives me some ideas for things to integrate into wargaming when I've the time.

*I say cleared out, the walls are still lined with old wardrobes I'm storing random crap in and there's bags and boxes piled up in one corner. But I have a table up permanently so that's a win.
