Just off the wall, I fancy these ones:
*   Minoan athletes vaulting over charging bulls; suitably half-clad spectators
*   sarcophagus carver, or group of NKE morticians laying a mummy to rest
*   NKE dancers and musicians; diners watching the show
*   Assyrian queen in litter, with attendants
*   Scythian burial tumulus
*   Persian traitor being executed by "the boats"
*   ex-Socrates, with weeping disciples
*   Alexander killing Cleitus
*   Punic deity and firepit, with offering
*   Roman decimation
*   Sarmatian damsel proudly showing trophy to in-laws-to-be
*   shieldmaiden returning to camp with treasure chest under one arm, pretty boy over opposite shoulder
*   William the Bastard eating sand
*   laundry on line, washtub to one side
*   Timur playing chess
*   French irregulars plundering Henry V's baggage
*   Byzantine clergy and commanders kneeling at altar with icon
*   Michelangelo halfway through David
*   Landsknechts playing cards on drumhead
*   Mexican gladitorial sacrifice
*   Chinese gong; large man bashing it
*   Turkish slave market
*   Mamluk Arabian Nights harem
*   Cossacks writing insulting letter to Sultan
*   the incident behind the Mannequin Pis in Brussels
*   Swedish/NMA clergyman preaching to bare-headed soldiers
*   Cavalier roaring boy at table, bottle in hand, wench on knee
*   18th-century harpsichordist and flautist
*   18th-century malefactor running the gauntlet
*   18th-century duelists  (guess what my favourite movie is?)
*   Victorian civilians picnicking (also suit Russian ladies watching the battle of the Alma)

   Ideas?

I've missed the point of the laundry :-/

Picnickers could also be watching 1st Bull Run, fleeing carriages optional

Baggage Train.  Military.  n.  A train of vehicles, used to carry baggage, especially following an army.

Some components of a baggage train, the ammunition waggons, ration waggons, pontoon waggons, engineer waggons, mobile forges etc would be useful first.

Murder is the unlawful killing of another human.
Warfare generally moves the act of killing outside normal criminal law considerations (not always) and so please undo these straightjackets at once! >:(

(mass killing; probably - no mens rea of the crime of murder however ;) )

I'm sure that's a great comfort to the victims.  ;D

Any 'Looting' of Baggage train would make for a good vignette. Medieval, ECW, Naps...esp. Peninsula Brits! Zulus. Or ACW..."Hey! This wagon's got Boots! New Boots!"  ;D

Back to the gruesome, and 'scavengers' / 'Corpse Looters/Tooth Pullers'. Priest with piled Dead. Victorious Warriors with Heads.. not new concept... but a Bulldozer and mass grave might be.  :o  :(

War IS Utterly Horrible. Smart uniforms and Heroism don't last long... except in memorium.
In the lyrics of 'White Mansions', (An ACW LP from youth):
"Heroes look Bad... when all they had... has been eaten by the worms and the rats".

But the Game goes on!  :o  ;)

I was wondering how many dozens of each vignette people were thinking of buying, were any of them to be produced?  One-off sales of each would, I think, not be a viable commercial proposition.  I seem to remember Leon explained the commercial viability of moulds some time ago.  I would think that all these were non-starters.

Who needs Pendraken to mould them? Have we really lost the will to convert the things that are made into the things that we want?

Excuse me, I need to go find some Plasticine and banana oil. :)
