Cheers guys!
That'll bring the total I've helped plant in the last 5 years to over 5000. Another 75 to do next weekend.
Burnley has also just received funding for 16,000 more trees in 40 "micro-forests" around the borough :)

QuoteSpeaking to Leon yesterday at Warfare a part of the roof of the Pendraken unit had been blown off.

One hopes, not too bad? My ex-workplace, (90s 'warehouse unit' build.), had a 'twin' down Yorks, which lost most of it's roof in a storm.  :o

Sadly it's true, Storm Arwen decided to give Pendraken HQ a whack and took a strip of the roof panels off, leaving the back office completely open to the elements.  It set the security alarm off so my phone had pinged me and I asked Dave to go down and check on it.  Him and Mike managed to use some spare floorboards to patch the gap for now and we've got the insurance people calling me on Tues to get a proper fix sorted out.

Quick video of the damaged section:

The most annoying bit is that I've spent so much time fixing the roof and then this comes along.  The storm has lifted a lot of the other panels on the back half of the unit, so we've got loads of leaks coming through into the workshop again.

Well done that man  :)
I saw that the weather in your part of the world was pretty bad on the BBC News when they were reporting on  the Burnley v Spurs game being postponed since the pitch was completely covered in snow!

Leon. Sorry to see damage. Hole that big and rest of roof could have gone. Best wishes.
