Last time I did any self mutilation, must have been three or four weeks ago.
Not had to use a plaster since then.

This is true...especially on things like sweatshirts.....I have to buy large so the sleeves are long enough...but that does mean I can get loads of layers on underneath that !
(T-shirt, thermal ski shirt, shirt, medium sweatshirt, large sweatshirt )
