Welcome back!

No Claymore this year as far as we know so it'll just be the rescheduled Carronade in September.

:o

But it would explain the lack of news on that front. I daresay, I disapprove of such.
For the relaunch of my own gaming I will wait for the new website. It would help if my own finances improve by then, hehe.

I've been much more impressed by sci-fi TV series than films, recently. Firefly, The Expanse, Killjoys, Dark Matter for example.
All great watches with 'Firefly' as fave... at least we got 'Serenity' to round it off in most ways. Annoyed that 'Dark Matter' just got left on a Massive cliffhanger! Waiting for next 'The Expanse' to come out on DVD.... that is how I watch TV progs! lol.
Not 'space battles' but a 'time travelled cop' show with future/present story... 'Continuum'... was pretty good.
(40 Yrs ago. I should have been an Angry Young Man... but wasn't.

My favourite, by a whisker, is The Expanse, largely for it's effort to make the human technology "realistic." No transporters, phasers nor any grav-plating to stick characters to the floor. "Spin the drum"

The alien tech, on the other hand, is the embodiment of Arthur C. Clarke's dictum that "Any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic."

As with the others I like, the bonds and tensions between the crew are what makes the series for me.
