Worried about the tree in the back garden.

There wasn't a tree in the back garden on Saturday.
I have neither the time nor the crayons to explain why you are wrong.

Friend of mine over on the southside had that... surprise tree in the back garden. She was going to chainsaw it up and dispose of, but the chainsaw's in the shed. Which the tree is in front of, blocking the door.

So now she owns two chainsaws, as a second was cheaper than getting anyone else to dispose of it for her :D

Putting the rubbish and recycling stuff out in a thunderstorm, while there was snow chucking down, and lightning was flashing all around.....That's gone now.....Hoo frigging ray.

About half an inch of wet snow has turned up. That'll screw various things up. It may freeze overnight. That'll be fun.

We had vicious hail, then a ten minute lull, then half an hour of rubbish snow that just dissolved and then went. The wee one will be most unhappy unless she managed to get out into it whilst it came down, she loves a bit of snow! I'm just happy to have walked the dog at lunch, twenty mins before it hit :D

Sorry there is no Storm Clara , it is Storm Ciara -  The Irish Met - being furthest west - get to name the storms, so they go with Gaelic names !  :)

I think someone gently ribbed Phil at the start of the thread about that, you may be a bit late :D

We could use some of what you're getting. Our smog levels are murderous, and it's been going on a couple of weeks.

You might need to wait a while, Alexander......But if we reach the letter 'K' it will be most apt.
It appears that the name of that storm will be "Kitty":D
