Thanks  :)

First ones I did were sprayed with Army Painter 'Army Green' primer, then basically black ink wash applied before drybrushing with light grey.  Sometimes the drybrushing was a tad heavy,:(  A few also 'frosted' a bit when spraying matt varnish . On the other hand they been incountry a while uniforms fade etc  :)  latterly Ive been painting them with Coat D'arms Olive drab, then black wash and drybrush grey,  the Battalion Commander was done that way.  Special Forces ...err..  cant recall ...green  or grey basic, black tiger stripes then few patches of other colours ...basically till it looks right

Should also say one benefit of painting the Spec Forces/LRRPs ....doesnt matter if you get any colours on the faces /hands ....in fact its positively encouraged  :)

Very nice stuff!  The grass is a bit abundant, but I suppose it's only right for Vietnam terrain, I am a Vietnam virgin so don't mind me.  I particularly like the two commanders, they look the part!  Also the choppers and the little boats look great!  Your water looks just right!   =D>
