Yeah Leman !!!

of course you can play Spanish in Germany or in Holland where some of the best Tercios were deployed,  some "tercios Viejos".

Here's hoping - cleaned up some Old Glory 10mm Cuirassiers a friend gave me (we are very generous to each other in our club) and also dug out some suitable bases. These will give me a break from the Italian Wars in 15mm I am currently working on. Keeping things fresh keeps the painting mojo going.

Raph,

Great work!

I have a large pile of figures for thisperiod and would love to do 30 YW.

Can you tell me what size bases you use please.

Thanks and hope to see more of your work.

Do you have a blog?

Leman

Just received three packs of figures from Pendraken - a pack of Dave's Elizabethan arquebusiers in morions, for use with my Spaniards, and a pack of TYW each of musketeers and mounted arquebusiers, ideal for my Dutch/Protestants, in floppy hats with the front brim turned up. All three packs are beautifully sculpted and cast. Looking forward to getting on with these, once the SYW cavalry are boxed off.
