(And I've never heard of these Humbrol rules.....What scale of figures are they designed for ?)

I think what they did with regards to recovering Blitzkrieg Commander pretty much sums up a genuine ethos of customer service and care.

Seconded, I know of other companies who never address the issues with badly written and unuseable rule sets.
