Yes, I kid you not.  KUS 27 - American uniform and Left pull beret.

This is your long awaited Korean, Indo China(Navarre at Dein Bien Phu), Algerian, and African  bush wars ex Foreign Legion mercenary.

He was designed for Korea, but canny old Phil modelled him on Rolf Steiner.

Much as I love and admire both Techno's work and the man himself, I doubt Techno could be canny if he described Hannibal's victory of 216BC at a well known French film festival, whilst dressed as the Tin Man and sat on an American toilet.

I suspect there was a Sunray of inspiration.

I might have emailed the odd image of Rolf Steiner his way, but the craft, the scalpel and the green stuff were 100% techno !

I think that will all the cuts, Techno is down to 95%.
