Nominations for Forum Moderator

HI All,

As we will not here from Techno until November 2035 we need a new forum moderator.

Please can we have submissions/nominations along with a brief reason as to why they would be a good moderator.

I would like to Nominate Mad Lemmy

Reasons below.

He is a long time forum member
He is reasonable, generous  and fair
He has plenty of free time to moderate the forum.  He works 0900-15:30 with an hour for lunch  on a five day week,  AND he get 12 weeks holiday a year.

I will now go and hide in my Bunker

I second Ian, 'cause I'm neither Welch nor a Dang Ferner. Plus he is "well-suited" and it's time the sartorial standards were raised around here.

He's seems to spend a lot of time on the forum posting inciteful and supportive messages.
He can take having the yellow and pungent extracted.
He'd probably consumed by his Demi-God-like authority and it's always fun to see the corruption of what is basically a good soul.

I would counter nominate fsn - a master of subtle sarcasm.
A skill essential to moderation.
Although I have seconded a nomination, para. 3 sub 2a of Forum rules provides I can
also make a primary nomination (yes, read and study the rules incessantly).

I have a gun - a flintlock - with a high capacity magazine consisting of 24 paper cartridges - stuffed in a leather box with bitable tops. At my age I need an assistant, with opposable front teeth - to do the biting

Considering that I hold the only access to the Magic Moderator Button, I think any nominations should be sent directly to Pendraken in the form of figure orders.  I'll class each £10 of purchases as a single vote...
